Greek Gallery Co. offers custom merchandise, primarily apparel, tailored for fraternities, sororities, and Greek Life organizations. We make every effort to display the colors, descriptions, and features of our products accurately on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the display of product colors on your monitor will be completely accurate due to variations in screen settings.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or violate our policies.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure that our prices are accurate, but in the event of an error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel or modify an order at our discretion.

5. Order Confirmation and Shipping

Return and Refund Policy

At Greek Gallery Co., we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Standard Products: Returns and exchanges are accepted for standard, non-customized merchandise within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Custom and Personalized Products: Custom or personalized items (including but not limited to shirts, jackets, and other items with your name, logo, or Greek symbols) are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a mistake on our part or the product is defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at greekgalleryco@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return or exchange.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including a return shipping address.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit.
Please pack your items securely for return to ensure they are not damaged during the shipping process.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet the conditions for return.
If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If the return is not approved due to damage, wear, or other reasons not covered under our policy, the items will be returned to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return procedure, and we will process the exchange once the returned item is received.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a full refund for the item.
